Springdale Har-Ber Cheerleading
Springdale Har-Ber finished runner-up behind Bryant at the first AAA-sanctioned State Cheer Competition on Dec. 6 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Bryant's 325 points bested Har-Ber (313), Van Buren (289) and Fayetteville (273) in Class 7A. Alma was third in Class 5A while Siloam Springs was eighth. In C;ass 4A, Huntsville was sixth and Gentry was ninth. Bentonville was third in the Class 7A-6A-5A Coed division while West Fork won the Class 4A-3A-2A Coed division where Farmington finished fourth, Lincoln was fifth and Pea Ridge was sixth.
