For the Harrison Golden Goblins this season might best be titled, The Replacements. No Keanu Reeves won't make an appearance nor will Gene Hackman. But Head Coach Tom Tice has enough experience and wins that you have a feeling this season could turn out like a Hollywood script.
With 27 seniors having graduated, Tice must find able replacements. The offense has lost all starters as Brian Miller will change positions. The offense must also find someone to fill the big shoes left empty by tight end Austin Tate who will line up for the Arkansas Razorbacks this fall.
Coach Tice was encouraged by his team's performance at spring ball as well as in team camp. Tice believes his Golden Goblin team will be "real good" this upcoming season.
