I am runner and Golf Player. was one time state cross country qualifier, and US Amateur Golf Qualifier. My best time for 5k (3 miles) is 18:10 (recently in Feb on my own time on track!) nearly state qualifier for 3200m in Ponca City Regional 2009, my time is 11:20. Just one place by state qualifier. I am Deaf. You will see me at OSU Cross Country 2009! And also Edison Hugh Piece Run, Tulsa Hurricanes run, Regional at O'Brien, Pre-State, Holland Hall Cross Country, Green County Conference, East Central and other fews cross country meet!
